Kings Cup v0.2.0 Release

Game files have been uploaded and the servers updated!  This release migrates from the WebGL/browser based version to a standalone one.   This brings several enhancements:

• Fixes many lag issues and general networking problems
• Fixes bug stopping Thumbmaster from starting
• Fixes bug causing no player to have the turn
• Adds startup menu and shows the game code in-game
